En resa där ingen riktning bestämts men med ett gemensamt mål.
Gruppen har till dags dato släppt 7 inspelningar sedan de startade 2020.
Det senaste släppet, Superposition, blev en trippel-cd.
Improvisation med en blandning av så väl akustiska som elektroniska inslag.
Ibland spelar alla och ibland spelar ingen.
Loopar och landskap skapar energi i tomrummet.
Medlemmarna kan man ha stött på inom de flesta genrer och sammanhang men de trivs absolut bäst när allt är fritt.

Info of the Adele Sauros Quartet:
Finnish Saxophonist Adele Sauros is one of the most active saxophonists, composers and bandleaders within the European jazz scene. She frequently performs with her numerous high-level jazz-groups and projects from all around Europe such as Katu Kaiku, JAF Trio and Jonathan Bäckström Quartet. She has been awarded numerous prizes and recently in 2021 she received the Finnish Emma prize of the best jazz album of the year with dummer Olavi Louhivuori’s band Superposition.
Combining the styles of Nordic and American jazz, the Adele Sauros Quartet was founded in 2012 and has released three albums Adele Sauros: I Paint You (Fresh Sound Records 2021), Adele Sauros: My Spontaneous Mind (2016) and Adele Sauros Quartet: It’s Who I Am ( 2014). They have performed at the most important jazz festivals in Finland and in the Nordic countries. The band recently represented Finland at the Nordic Jazz Comets event at the Montmartre Jazz Club in Copenhagen 2022 and did a tour in Sweden organized by the Finnish Jazz Association.
The fourth album ‘Your Special Loss’ consists of Sauros’ compositions that tell stories about recovery and finding hope. The melodic and serious compositions draw influences from the Nordic and American jazz tradition. Sauros believes that music can change the world if you make art on your own terms like the Adele Sauros Quartet. The members of the group are established and virtuosic jazz musicians with open minds and the courage to deviate from the usual patterns and throw themselves into spontaneous improvisation.

Permanenta musiker som driver BrÖtz har även de CD´s till salu. Mycket bra musik att roa sig med under tiden för den långa väntan till nästkommande veckas BrÖtz.
