Kaori Nishijima (from Kobe Japan)
Kaori has been noticeable in her melodious picturesque compositions, sensitive piano touch rooted in classical music, and her instinctive vocals. Staying in Goteborg for 1year(2012-2013) gave her great inspiration. She has released her 7th leader album “White in Dark (DIW The Grace)” with Yasuhito Mori (contrabass) and Anders Kjellberg (drums) recorded at Nilento Studio. Since then she is working with some musicians and artist between Sweden and Japan.

This is the first session for Kaori playing with Anders in duo. She also has been developing the session with Monica Funck(artist) from 2014 at Brötz, this is going to their 4th stage.

Anders Kjellberg
The world top leveled drummer, explores, without hesitation, the free spaces for new ideas that exists in music.

Over the years, in collaboration with: Kenny Wheeler, Anders Jormin, Tomaz Stanco, Jon Balke, NHOP, Django Bates, Bobo Stenson, Don Cherry, Enrico Rava, Dewey Redman, Joe Henderson James Moody, Toots, Monika Zetterlund, Steve Swallow, Bob Berg, Palle Danielsson, Enrico Pieranunzi, Louis Sclavis, and many more.

Monica Funck
Monica is the artist and educator having a number of exhibitions for many years back. Most recently at Göteborgs Konstförening 2018 and Gallery PS 2017, as well as public assignments.

She has had several stone sculpture workshops at KKV-B, including the Domen Art School, Gothenburg, Gotland and Carrara (Italy), and has been a guest teacher at Örebro Art School and in Oslo at the Academy of Architecture. She has lectured at the University of Arts and Design in Gothenburg, and had several art projects in the primary school in Gothenburg, Mölndal, Lilla Edet and in Halden (Norway) as well as further education for teachers and workshops at the Book Fair and Science Festival in Gothenburg. Together with her husband, they have also made the Brötzfestival home in Hjärtum with improvisational jazz, art, life gauge, performance together with invited artists and musicians.

till oigenkännlighet med inslag av elektronik, dragspel och små odefinierbara objekt.

Improvisationer i djupt skiftande klangmiljöer, musik i mellanrummen.

Finn Loxbo spelar även i band som Doglife och Strändernas Svall .

Karin Johansson spelar bl a med Ord, Jonny Wartel 4 och Lisen Rylander Löve duo.
